We had a disappointingly mild summer this year (see October 9 post) so I've been stunned to see a couple of our Woodhaven Poppies sticking around well past their typical expiration date.
Here it is, December 1, and it's snowing! And here is a sight I have never ever seen before:

I think that's one of the prettiest things I've ever seen.
All you need is the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion, and Dorthy...you and your little dog too
