Fantastic Last Day

We start our trek home tomorrow morning.  Our alarm clock is set for 4:45am.  We have two days, three airlines, and six airports ahead of us before we are back at Woodhaven. Trying not to think about that too much, we had an utterly relaxing day at and near our hotel today to finish up an amazing vacation.

We've agreed it was an absolutely a brilliant idea to take a few days rest here in Santorini before heading home.  I'm not sure we'd ever be fully ready for the travel that is ahead of us, but we are definitely better prepared for it now than we were three days ago.

At least a couple more trip blogs will be posted, not sure when.  Perhaps when I'm awake at 3:00am back at home due to jet lag.  Until then, here's a photo tour of today.

See you on the mainland!

What I did most of the day.

What Rob did most of the day (he's back there in the orange corner).

Dinner at a great restaurant nearby.  Many TripAdvisor reviews forthcoming.

Red sunset over Oia.

Sunset refreshment:  local white wine.  Mmmm!

LOVED our hotel.  Athio, Santorini!
