Just a little oopsie

The caption under a photo in The Local Rag of a car upside down in some bushes:

Police arrested two men June 24 following a mishap on [a local highway]. Police accused Jacob Felix and Brandon Hansen of hit and run, driving under the influence, vehicular assault, driving while suspended and tampering with evidence.

Brandon also got nailed with allowing an unauthorized person to drive, false reporting, aiding and abetting a traffic offense, and tampering with evidence.

If this is a mishap, I wonder what a misdemeanor looks like!
